Another reason why your beacon might not be working as it should maybe because of you not placing it properly on a beacon. A beacon won’t activate in any possible structure. I've clicked on haste i and put in a diamond and pressing the button and just to make sure, clicked haste ii, put in my diamond and clicked the button again.
