I went to the device that i was using to listen to sound and pressed configure on the bottom left. Now, you will need to close the game on your computer and reboot your system. Not sure if it works with d2 or not if you do have it on. Right click windows audio and select restart. Select services.msc and select the service app. Web a week after destiny 2 received crossplay, you can now voice chat with friends on all supported platforms. So right click on the microphone icon on your task bar and click sounds. Web in windows, right click on the speaker icon in the taskbar > sounds > playback tab > right click on your preferred playback device > 'set as default communication device' restart destiny 2 client and check. Windows key+g is default to bring it up.
