Activate The Default Reviewing Pane. To turn off this feature, clear the check box at mark items as read when viewed in. Select the upper part of the check accessibility split button.
Word Activate Default Reviewing Pane
Open the view tab to choose a document view or mode, such as read mode or outline view. Move to the previous or next change or comment. Choose how you view comments in word you'll find comments to the right of your page, by default. Tap any changed text, and in the review pane, tap one of the arrow buttons. To turn off this feature, clear the check box at mark items as read when viewed in. Web on the ribbon of the microsoft 365 app, select the review tab. To reject a change, do nothing. Tap review > display for review. In the comments pane, click new. Choose if you want to see the reviewing pane next to or below your document.
Select the upper part of the check accessibility split button. Web to change your office theme, go to file > account > office theme. Repeat until you've reviewed all changes in your document. Web select the text you want to comment on, or click an insertion point in the text, and then do one of the following to make a new comment appear in the right margin:
